Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other countries yet.

Cost

Standard shipping is free. Express shipping is $15.

How long it takes

Each canvas is printed and stretched after you order. This takes about 2 to 5 business days. Then:

• Standard: usually 3 to 5 business days in transit. Most orders arrive 1 to 2 weeks after you order.
• Express: usually 1 to 3 business days in transit. Express makes the delivery faster, not the printing.

These times are estimates. Carriers can be slower near holidays, so order early for Ramadan, Eid and other gifts.

Tracking

When your canvas ships, we email you a tracking number.

Address changes

Email us at sifxtreme@mail.instinct.com before your order goes to the printer (usually within 24 hours), and we will change the address. After that, we cannot change it.

Damaged or lost parcels

See our refund policy: we replace damaged and lost canvases at no cost.
